R3TA sells research materials. This policy explains what that means and what we expect from every buyer.

For laboratory research only

All products sold on R3TA.pro are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are:

• not medicines and not approved by any medicines regulator;
• not food, food supplements or cosmetics;
• not for human or veterinary use — not for injection, ingestion, inhalation or application to the body of any person or animal.

Who may buy

Buyers must be 18 years of age or older and buy for legitimate research purposes. By placing an order you declare that:

• you are 18 or older;
• you will use the products only for laboratory research, by or under the supervision of suitably qualified people;
• you will not use the products, or allow anyone else to use them, on humans or animals;
• you are allowed to buy, import and hold the products where you live.

We record these declarations with each order.

What we do not do

• We do not give advice on dosing, administration or use in humans or animals, and our support team will not answer such questions.
• We do not supply products to anyone who tells us, or whose messages suggest, that they intend to use them on humans or animals. We cancel and refund such orders.
• We do not make health, weight-loss, performance or other benefit claims about our products.

Quality and documentation

Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory for identity and purity before it goes on sale. The batch number is printed on each vial, and the certificate of analysis for that batch is published on our lab reports page and included in the box.

Storage and handling

Store vials at −20 °C, protected from light, in the sealed vial until needed. Handle the products according to good laboratory practice and your institution’s safety rules.
