Who can buy R3TA?
Adults aged 18 or over who buy for laboratory research. You confirm research use and age at checkout. We cancel orders that state any other purpose.
Do you give dosing or usage advice?
No. R3TA is a research material, not a medicine. We do not answer questions about human or animal use.
Is R3TA a medicine or a supplement?
Neither. Retatrutide is an investigational compound that is not approved as a medicine. R3TA sells it only as a research chemical for laboratory use.

What is in the box?
Sealed vials of lyophilised retatrutide, labelled with the batch number, and a printed copy of that batch’s certificate of analysis.
How do I find the lab report for my vial?
Find the batch number on the vial label, then open the report for that batch on the lab reports page.
Who tests R3TA?
An independent third-party laboratory tests every batch before it goes on sale: HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. The lab is named on each report.
What does ≥99% HPLC purity mean?
At least 99% of the UV signal in the HPLC test came from the main retatrutide peak. Our research library explains what the number does and does not tell you.
How much powder is in a 10 mg vial?
Each vial is filled to a declared 10 mg of retatrutide. The batch report states the measured result for that batch.
How should I store the vials?
At −20 °C, protected from light, in the sealed vial until needed. Let a cold vial reach room temperature before opening it to avoid condensation.

How is it shipped?
Tracked express post in a plain box with cold packs. Orders paid before 13:00 UK time on a working day leave the same day.
Which countries do you ship to?
All countries listed at checkout. If your country is not in the list, we cannot ship to it yet.
Is the parcel discreet?
Yes. The outer box carries no product names or branding.
Can I return an order?
Sealed, unopened vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned. The refund policy has the details.
